House Judiciary Committee Links Trump to Epstein Abuse in New Report
The 53-page document cites survivor testimony and unredacted files to claim the president was an active participant in the trafficking ring.

The House Judiciary Committee released a 53-page report on Monday that details new allegations of sexual misconduct involving President Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein. The document, titled “We Have Certain Things in Common, Jeffrey,” relies on whistleblower testimony and unredacted files to argue that the president was an active participant in Epstein’s child sex trafficking ring. The committee says the evidence contradicts previous claims that the two men’s relationship ended abruptly after a dispute at the Mar-a-Lago club.
The report outlines a pattern of behavior in the 1990s where Trump and Epstein allegedly used their connections in the modeling industry to target young women. Beatrice Keul, a Swiss national who was 24 at the time, told the committee that Trump raped her at the Plaza Hotel after meeting her at a pageant. She said he promised her a visa and admission to New York University before she left with a ripped dress and no passport. The document notes that the men repeated similar acts with other women, often competing over who had the most women and promising identical university admissions.
Jane Doe 2, who also used the name Katie Johnson, testified that she was assaulted by both men at age 13. Court documents cited in the report state that she was asked to give a massage to Epstein and then to Trump. The report includes a 2015 email from Epstein to a New York Times reporter, in which he described Jane Doe 5 as a 20-year-old girlfriend he “gave to Donald” after two years. The committee also claims that Trump and Epstein raped teenagers together and that Epstein introduced Trump to his future wife, Melania.
White House spokeswoman Lauren Bis responded to the findings via email, stating that none of the allegations are true. She called the report a desperate attempt by Democrats to distract from Republican momentum. Bis reiterated that Trump kicked Epstein out of the Mar-a-Lago club because he was a creep and that the president has been fully exonerated. The report authors countered that the evidence shows Trump lied about the nature and extent of his relationship with Epstein dozens of times.
The document also criticizes the Department of Justice for derailing its investigation into Epstein’s network. It cites a 2025 interview where then-deputy attorney general Todd Blanche told Ghislaine Maxwell not to discuss allegations against Trump. The committee wrote that former Attorney General Pam Bondi and Blanche ran the department like a private legal defense firm. The report lists several likely co-conspirators, including Paolo Zampolli, Leon Black, and Les Wexner, who allegedly used their power in the modeling industry to manipulate teenage girls.
The committee stated that investigating these men would acknowledge that other participants may still be at large. They argue that DOJ only supports survivors insofar as they do not produce inconvenient truths about the abusers. The report was released after a review of interviews, 11 survivor accounts, FBI records, and news reports from the 2000s to the present day. The next step involves further scrutiny of the unredacted passages that were previously hidden from the public.
